The Warranty period begins from date of invoice and the original invoice must be presented for claiming the warranty.
The Product Warranty is valid within United Arab Emirates only for the period of one-year except for Compressor which is covered for a period of 5 years (unless otherwise stated). After first year of the warranty, compressor replacement is free of charge, but labor charges and refrigerant gas cost will be paid by the consumer.
During the warranty period, your product will be repaired free-of-charge if failure of the product or defect is due to faulty materials and workmanship. The warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or alterations/repairs have been carried by persons not authorized by the seller. The user should strictly follow all instructions included in the user manual and should refrain from any actions that are unnecessary and against the user manual.
Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, external damage due to cabinet, accessories, fuses, knobs, bulbs, glass and exteriors and performance failure caused by force majeure or any “act of God”.
If the product is reported as damage on Arrival our technical team will inspect the product to assess and determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced. When a repair is not possible, the product may be replaced with a new or refurbished product at our discretion and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase invoice.
Major Domestic Appliances (“MDA”) under warranty can be collected and returned by our technical team, if repair at user’s site is not possible, without additional cost to the user. All other products will need to be transported to our Service Location by customer, or may be collected and returned, on request, by our technical team at customer’s cost.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Conditions at any time and you will be subject to the Conditions at the time you purchased goods from us. We will not be responsible for any business loss or any other indirect loss that is/not reasonably foreseeable.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations, if it arises from any caused which is beyond our control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
