For returning or exchanging the product. You may send us an email at info@bojmiddleeast.com or contact us at 04-4340888 informing us of your intention to return or exchange the product.
Returns should be done within seven (7) days from the date of invoice and any claims made seven days after receiving the product will be subject to the Warranty Policy and cannot be claimed within the Return/Exchange and Refund Policy.
BOJ Middle East Home Appliances LCC reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items and decide accordingly at its sole discretion whether to accept the product for return or exchange.
You are eligible for a return/exchange of product subject to the following terms and conditions.
- It should be accompanied with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Faulty items, damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival subject to product inspection.
- It should be in its original packaging and condition along with all accompanying items related to the product, such as but not limited to accessories, cables, manuals, promotional items, bundled offer items etc.
For returning/exchanging your item all shipping costs should bear by customer(s).
The following products can be returned or exchanged if it is not functioning on the same day of delivery and installation:
- Built-in Appliances
- Cookers
- Refrigerators
- Washing Machines
- Dishwashers
If the defect is determined within the 7-day period following delivery, first, we will help you troubleshoot the above products, through online, over the phone, or technical visit. A product can be replaced/exchanged in case it is totally malfunctioning as reported by technical team. Replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. In cases where the replacement product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product will be provided.
You are eligible for a refund subject to product inspection, and we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved for refund, we will initiate a refund.
- Refund will be given only in the original mode of payment for the product. If original payment was made by credit card, then refund payment will be made to the respective credit card account. Refund shall be made in UAE Dirham only within 8-10 working days.
